Fellow Warriors on a Holistic Journey to Health
Meet Sushma, my fellow warrior on a Holistic Journey to Health. She is the incredible ‘Alive & Kicking’ example that you may believe your diagnosis but you doesn’t have to believe the prognosis.
We met 12 years ago at a Lightworkers Meditation Course (of all places 😉)
Immediately we felt a strong soul connection. That has never changed over the years. I remember sitting on her balcony under the stars, with many sigarets and Baileys. Talking for hours about philosophy, spirituality, travelling and wondering where we would be in 10 years time….’
A few years later Sushma became ill, very ill. Out of the blue. Her eyes and skin were yellow. It turned out her liver functioned for less than 10%: Auto-immune Hepatitis. She was almost dying and according to the doctors she needed a liver transplantation.
She refused.“I rather die than living a very restricted life with heavy immune suppressors”. I remember she said to me: “If I pass on, I can do so much more for this world. I’ll help you on your mission from above”
But she didn’t die. She fought her way back into life with so much inner strenght and power. It was a long way for her, with a lot of hospitals visits and heavy meds. But along this path she intensified her lifelong search dis-covering herself from all the mental and emotional layers of her past.
She dived deep, very deep in the rooted cause of this dis-ease. And discovered where and when in her life the live(r) energy got stuck. Which emotions coulnd’t flow freely anymore. She felt through all those emotions and cellmemories again and let them free.
Was it easy? Not at all. It was a long search and hard work for many years. Breaking patterns, breaking with people in her life, facing highs and very deep moments, not knowing what to do anymore. On and off medication. Experiencing all different therapies, courses and trainings in the field of natural holistic health.
And finally she found her lost soulparts and reclaimed her inner power back. She got better! Medicinefree for years and in perfect health condition.
Now she’s passing through her experience & wisdom on holistic healing. As a motivational speaker and owner of a woman’s healthclub. With her second company ‘Sacred Yin’ she helps people connecting with their lost soulparts by breathing, bodywork and Shamanic healing rituals.
I think Sushma is one of the most experienced heroes in holistic (self)healing. She is a real inspiration to me.
